Refund Policy

Digital Products (Software, Licenses, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a software license key or download link has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will receive immediate access to the digital product.
• Your right of withdrawal/cancellation is waived once the download or activation has begun.
• License keys, download links, and software files cannot be returned once issued.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchase (accidental double order).
• Technical issues on our side that prevent product delivery.
• If a license key or download link has not yet been used, and a refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.
