Delivery of Digital Products

We do not ship physical products. All of our products are digital software licenses delivered electronically.

• After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing your license key and license information.
• Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in some cases (for example due to payment processing or technical delays).
• No shipping fees apply, as there is no physical delivery.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your license key within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate the email, contact us at support@dsp-dealer.com.

Physical Shipping (if applicable)

If we ever offer physical products in addition to digital software, separate shipping terms will apply and will be communicated on the relevant product pages.
