These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of software products ("Software") provided by DSPealer ("we", "our", "us"). By purchasing our Software through our website, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.

2. Purchase & Delivery

  • All purchases are processed securely via our online store.
  • After successful payment, you will receive an email containing your license key and license information.
  • Delivery is digital only; no physical product will be shipped.

3. License

  • With your purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the End User License Agreement (EULA).
  • The Software remains our intellectual property. Ownership of the Software is not transferred to you.
  • The license is issued in your name and tied to the license key provided.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
  • Once a license key or download link has been delivered, no refunds, returns, or cancellations are possible.
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate purchase or technical issues preventing delivery.

5. Privacy & Marketing

  • We collect and store your email address for the purpose of delivering your license information and providing customer support.
  • We may also use your email address for marketing communications (such as newsletters or product updates). You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
